Down payment assistance loans

Project Reinvest: Homeownership
FINANTA and NKCDC have partnered to administer "Project Reinvest: Homeownership" in Philadelphia. The program provides a $10,500 down payment assistance loan to eligible homebuyers who are purchasing a home within Philadelphia. Learn more here.

The NeighborhoodLIFT program is nearly complete. However, if a forfeited NeighborhoodLIFT down payment assistance loan becomes available then an eligible homebuyer could still receive up to $7,500 in matching funds. Assistance is not limited to first-time buyers. Learn more here.

Paid workshops
Either of these 8-hour workshops—eHome America or Framework—may be used to qualify for Project Reinvest downpayment assistance loans.
