Green Neighborhoods

In addition to maintaining and helping neighbors preserve greenspaces, NKCDC equips residents with the tools they need to create sustainable actions in the community. Since the 1990s, NKCDC has been championing sustainabile efforts in the Riverwards; read about the Garden Center, Farm to Families, Big Green Block, Vacant Land Management, and Sustainable 19125 & 19134 to learn more about how we've leveraged partnerships between neighbors, City agencies, and other local stakeholders to create cleaner, greener communities.
